Classroom Management Philosophy

A classroom management philosophy is important for every teacher, whether new or experienced. A class guided by a management philosophy is bound to achieve learning outcomes by creating an effective learning environment. Each teacher must have a classroom management theory to guide them in implementing and achieving desired learning outcomes.

My classroom management theory agrees with some major theories such as student-centered learning, choice theory, and consideration approaches. I agree with these theories since I believe learning should be student-centered. Students should only be guided and given the power to control their learning.
